After a decade as a devoted middle school educator, Victoria traded the classroom for a career she was seemingly born for. Long admired by friends and family for her effortless eye for style, she was pulled into her first whole-home remodel by a friend and never looked back. Victoria brings a uniquely layered perspective to interior design, shaped by a history degree earned in Charleston, South Carolina, one of America's most architecturally rich cities, and a deep lifelong appreciation for quality craftsmanship and well-designed objects. A North Carolina native who made California home the day after college graduation, she lives there today with her husband, two boys, Otis and Hank, and their dog, Dottie. Hi, I’m Victoria. I’m the Founder and Principal Designer at Palette Interior Designs. I have a passion for clean, simple yet vibrant design built around each client’s lifestyle and preferences. My work spans from simple room ‘refreshes’ to new-build and multi-unit construction projects and has been featured across television and commercial productions. I live in Leucadia with the funniest guy I know and our two boys, Otis & Hank. I love reading, eating and making “everything around me beautiful.”

Hi, I’m Mike. I’m the funny guy married to Victoria. I bring over 18 years of residential remodeling and construction experience to the team. As a licensed General Contractor, I’ve led over 200 projects in renovation, remodel and new construction. My portfolio spans multi-unit town home development and luxury design. When I’m not on a job site, I’m spending time with my family or watching Premier League.

Hi, I'm Sydney, an interior architecture designer passionate about technical drawing and creating thoughtful, intentional spaces. I earned my degree from San Diego State University, where I was named National ASID Student of the Year, and later studied sustainable design at the Bali Institute of Design and Business. My work draws on natural materials and handcrafted design to create spaces that connect people with nature. I believe great design is both beautiful and purposeful, rooted in craftsmanship and everyday experience. Outside of work, I find inspiration through surfing, the outdoors, and travel.

Hi, I’m Eduardo. Luis is my brother-in-law. We relocated with our families in 2017 to study “stick built” construction. We’ve contributed to over 50 new construction and remodel projects and share 14 years of combined construction knowledge and experience. I live with my incredible wife and baby girl.
