This adorable, new-construction bungalow is located in the heart of Leucadia, Ca. The home-owners chose to lean into nostalgia while blending their unique penchant for fun and funk. We brought in the old, the new and lots of cool, second-hand finds. Every corner of this project was thoughtful, curated and customized.

We took this Encinitas reno down to its studs. The house was dated but had excellent bones: high ceilings, skylights, a fireplace and all the right energy. The new owners leaned into Classic California surf vibes opting for finished concrete floors, a clean and airy color palette and playful, whimisical details to match the couple’s spunky twins.

Tucked into a hidden pocket in the heart of Encinitas, this complete renovation/remodel required a full team of support and the royal treatment. As we do in all our projects, EVERY detail mattered. We leaned into a Modern-Organic aesthetic and filled in with creamy neutrals and lots of texture. Lime-washed walls, handmade tiles, refinished wooden beams and custom nooks and crannies makes this project unforgettable.

Down in San Diego, 13 new-construction luxury townhomes beckon. The builder wanted Contemporary, Sexy and Modern; A place for young professionals to relax after a day at the office. Clean lines and mid-century charm dictated our next steps. We leaned into earth tones, the coolest tiles and statement making lighting to make these units really pop.
